Abstract

¿¬±¸¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸´Â °¡Á¤Àü¹®°£È£»ç¸¦ ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ÀÇ»ç¼ÒÅë´É·Â, °£È£Àü¹®Á÷°ü°ú °£È£¾÷¹«¼º°úÀÇ °ü°è¸¦ È®ÀÎÇϱâ À§ÇØ ½ÃµµµÇ¾ú´Ù.

¿¬±¸¹æ¹ý: ¿¬±¸´ë»óÀÚ´Â °¡Á¤°£È£¼¾ÅÍ¿¡¼­ ±Ù¹«ÇÏ´Â 116¸íÀÇ °¡Á¤Àü¹®°£È£»ç¸¦ ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç, ÀÚ·á´Â 2019³â 2¿ù 11ÀϺÎÅÍ 3¿ù 22ÀϱîÁö ¼öÁýµÇ¾ú°í ´ÙÁßȸ±ÍºÐ¼®À¸·Î ºÐ¼®µÇ¾ú´Ù.

¿¬±¸°á°ú: ±× °á°ú Á÷¹«¼öÇà¿¡ °¡Àå Å« ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ£ ¿äÀÎÀº º´¿ø À¯Çü(¥â=-21, p=006), ÀÇ»ç¼ÒÅë´É·Â(¥â=30, p=.001)°ú °£È£Àü¹®¼º(¥â=.32, p.001)À¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µÀ¸¸ç, ÀÌ º¯ÀεéÀÇ Á÷¹«¼öÇà¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ¿µÇâ·ÂÀº 40%·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.

°á·Ð: °¡Á¤Àü¹®°£È£»çÀÇ °£È£¾÷¹«¼º°ú¸¦ Çâ»ó½ÃÅ°±â À§Çؼ­´Â ÀÇ»ç¼ÒÅë´É·Â°ú °£È£Àü¹®Á÷°üÀ» ³ôÀ̱â À§ÇÑ ÇÁ·Î±×·¥°ú Àü·«À» °³¹ßÇÒ ÇÊ¿ä°¡ ÀÖ´Ù.

Purpose: This study was done to identify the effects of communication competence and nursing professionalism on job performance among home healthcare nurses.

Methods: The participants were 116 home healthcare nurses working at the hospitals. Data were collected from February 11 to March 22, 2019 and were analyzed with Multiple Regression Analysis.

Results: The most influential factors on job performance were hospital type (¥â=-.21, p=.006), communication competence (¥â=.30, p=.001) and nursing professionalism (¥â=.32, p<.001) which together explained up to 40% of job performance.
Conclusion: To improve nursing performance of home healthcare nurses, it is necessary to develop programs and strategies to enhance communication competence and nursing professionalism.
